Results

Project showcased to Simplot's US parent company as an international best practice model. Learning templates and methodologies successfully adapted for American operations. Transformed a resistant traditional workforce into engaged digital learners, establishing a new standard for L&D management in their manufacturing environments.

This video was created based on the concept of initial order to final delivery. This incorporated a very large lens on all the departments involved in the new processes and systems.

Engagement Enhancement

​To boost user engagement and ease the transition, I :

  • conducted face-to-face training sessions for the factory teams
